Deposits

All deposits are non - refundable and non- transferable to another client.

Lash Extension Full Sets: Require a $50 deposit.

Lash Lift & Tint: Requires a $30 deposit.

Lash Refills: Require a $30 deposit.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will forfeit your deposit.

If you cancel within 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time or are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of service cost to the card on file. If there is no card on file, you will be required to pay the balance due prior to scheduling a new appointment.

Permanent Makeup Appointments require a $150 deposit for the initial session and 50% deposit for all touch up sessions.

 

Cancellation Policy

Please give us a minimum of 24 hours advance notice if you cannot make it to your appointment. If more than 24 hours advance notice is NOT given, you will forfeit your deposit. If there is no deposit on file, you will be charge the deposit amount to the card on file.

If you cancel or reschedule with more than 24 hours advance notice, your deposit will be transferred to a future appointment date within 30 days.

If you reschedule/ cancel your appointment less than 8 hours in advance or are a no-show, you will be charged 100% of service cost, NO EXCEPTIONS.

As a courtesy, we send out an email notifications to remind you of your appointment prior to the appointment date.

Late Policy

If you are running late please text us to let us know; 305-934-8122. For all brow appointments if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be considered a no show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

For all lash appointments if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be considered a no show, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged 100% of the service cost.

If you are 10 + minutes late and we are able to service you, you will be charged a $35 late fee. However, we cannot always guarantee that we will have enough time to complete your service if you are late.

Refills

Your refill appointment must take place within 21 days from your last appointment and you must have atleast 40% of your lash extensions remaining. Any refill appointment that does not meet the two requirements listed above will be changed to a full set and full set pricing will apply.

Refunds

No beauty service is guaranteed. Therefore, all services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns please text (305-934-8122) or email (info@lashhouzz.com) us within 48 hours.

 

Allergies

When booking an appointment with us, you are understanding that there is always a risk of being allergic to any of the products we use. You can develop an allergic reaction at any point. By booking an appointment with us you are releasing any employee or independent contractor of Lashhouzz, LLC from any liability. Services are non refundable but we will gladly remove the lash extensions at no additional cost.
